Pentagon Hospital

A global brand entrusted us with a unique challenge: crafting an internal tool to share its brand story with every employee, from sales to product development. This wasn’t just about information – it was about forging a unified company culture.

Task

Despite having strong, modern infrastructure capabilities and skilled consultant doctors, the hospital was operating at low utilization, with both OPD and IPD volumes underperforming.

Despite having modern infrastructure, specialist consultants, and multi-specialty capabilities, the hospital was operating at low utilization across both OPD and IPD services.
